About Astray Socials

Astray Socials is a South African private company legally registered and recognized by the Companies and Intellectual Properties Commission (CIPC) under the Companies Act of 2008. The company was established in year 2020 By Legangwa Theko Ramashapa, Tshepiso Railo, Karabo Mosime, Kevin Morailane, Mpho Raphebele and Refiloe Molekane with the purpose of creating a solid and accessible platform for local talent to be exposed, groomed, nurtured and published. The founders realized that there is a lot of talent in our South African townships ranging from Music, Poetry, Fashion, Photography, Beauty pageants, event planning and many more. Astray Socials believes that failure to give talent a chance is failure to realize a colourful and bright future across the globe. With our partners, collaborates and advisories, we aim to realize our goal of flying the local talent higher than ever through our collective efforts and expertise in our varied fields. To realize our goals, Astray Socials hosts events where artists are given a chance to showcase their talent while also promoting the businesses that offer venue spaces for Astray Socials to host its events. As we have music artists, we invite local fashion brands to dress the artists to promote their brands. We also invite photographers to take pictures and post on their blogs under given tags. We are also to host a local beauty pageant with the aim of giving participants a chance to become brand ambassadors for the local brands and also open chances for diplomacy.
